Job summary

Danfoss seeks a National End User Sales Manager, Distribution, to accelerate growth across North America for Climate Solutions. You will lead a team of account managers, shape go-to-market strategies, and strengthen end-user and distribution partner relationships to grow market share across the United States and Canada.

You will develop value-based account plans, collaborate with marketing and business leaders, and ensure disciplined pipeline management and results, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 10–15 years of technical sales experience including account management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Proven sales development in the target market.
• Experience managing teams with multiple disciplines.
• Strategic planning for a book of business across product lines and countries.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication (C-Suite level).
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, enabling strong performance and growth.
• Build and execute end-user and distribution channel strategies to expand market share.
• Strengthen customer relationships with value-based account plans aligned to goals.
