Qualifications

• Fluent in English plus local language of designated country and/or marketplace(s).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in each language.

• Excellent time management and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospects with product questions and identify proper product/equipment.
• Field inbound sales and support inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting.
• Translate product manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and Help Desk videos.
• Confirm shipping addresses and address product compatibility issues as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to support business development.
