Day Translations, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to handle client calls and chat daily.

You will be the first point of contact for clients requesting service information or project follow-up, delivering accurate guidance and coordinating with project managers across a global team. The ideal candidate has customer support experience, strong English communication, and a bilingual background with knowledge of translation services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or customer service.
• Advanced verbal and written English (Native or C1).
• Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer chats, phone calls, and emails to external clients thoroughly and in a timely fashion.
• Educate clients about costs and procedures of interpreting, translation, localization services and other Day Translations solutions.
• Process inbound leads and help Project Managers define the scope of projects.
• Inform clients about the current status of projects.
• Forward information/messages from chat or phone to the appropriate departments.
• Report activity in tracking systems and actively communicate with peers on task completion.
• Adhere to applicable policies and procedures.
• Documentation and other side tasks assigned.
