Job summary

Maritz is pursuing a Remote Customer Operations Specialist to deliver Premiere Customer Service for automotive rebate programs, supporting participants by phone, updating internal systems, and assisting with back-end tasks to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese, with 1–3 years of customer service experience and strong communication skills. This is a remote, 40-hour per week role aligned to PST hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Clear speaking voice, strong grammar, and excellent retention skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions about Claims, program details, and recommending solutions based on their needs.
• Validation of Applications and Claims associated with Automotive Rebate program
• Provide back-end operational support to ensure seamless program execution.
• Attend training sessions for new and existing clients to stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes.
• Deliver accurate, timely information on programs and services to customers.
• Update internal tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
