Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MSP, SaaS, or IT.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and align them with services.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes.
• Close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
