The role emphasizes security, documentation, and collaboration within a fast-paced MSP environment, leveraging tools like NinjaRMM, Autotask, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and IT documentation platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior MSP or IT support experience for SMBs.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS, networks, and common business apps (MS 365, G Suite).
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Be first point of contact for IT incidents; log, track, and resolve per SLAs.
• Maintain clear client communication and incident status updates.
• Document client systems, configurations, and procedures in ticketing systems.
• Implement and monitor security measures and configurations.
• Assist with hardware/software installation and integration for clients.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices.
