Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior MSP/IT support experience serving SMBs.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS, networks, and business apps.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site support to SMB clients.
• System Maintenance: Perform updates, backups, and monitoring for security.
• Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear updates on incident status.
• Documentation: Record configurations and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Security Management: Apply antivirus, firewalls, and audits.
• Hardware/Software Installation: Install and configure for clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and best practices.
