Job summary

PlusOne BPO is seeking a Remote Mortgage Customer Service Representative to assist NC residents with mortgage servicing questions in a fully remote capacity. You will handle inbound homeowner calls, address payments and escrow inquiries, and document interactions in our systems.

We offer a base pay of $16/hour with performance bonuses; full-time schedule Monday–Friday, with shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM MT, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, especially phone-based work.
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting.
• Comfortable handling continuous inbound calls and documenting interactions.

Responsibilities
