Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Remote Specialist, Freedom Plus to join a customer service and sales oriented call center. You will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to offer support and specialized mortgage products.

In this role, you will manage pipelines, assess applicant data, and provide timely solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales KPIs while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related experience or training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in teams while maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with mortgage products and regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pipeline management, appointment setting, and activities to meet production goals.
• Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for programs.
• Respond to customer needs with compassion to resolve issues on first contact.
• Manage work queues and document interactions in systems of record.
• Work independently and on projects as needed.
• Communicate process and benefits clearly to customers.
• Follow sales process and QA requirements to stay compliant.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs set by Management.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
