Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens and systems while talking on the phone.
• Type swiftly and accurately 30-45 WPM.
• Read and speak English fluently.
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications and learning new systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook incl. SharePoint).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Multi-task across multiple systems while speaking to customers.
• Customer service oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management for resolution as needed.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Follow the client processes and perform all tasks professionally.
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions.
• Create and maintain customer CRM records with accurate call details.
• Document call resolutions in appropriate systems.
• Follow client processes for handling financial enquiries and protect information.
• Adhere to required scripts, policies, and attendance/training requirements.
