Job summary

MCI, a leading tech-enabled business services company in the USA, seeks a remote customer service representative to handle mortgage support queries. You will work from home and support hundreds of customers weekly, aiming for best-in-class service.

You will resolve issues, document calls in the CRM, and follow prescribed processes and confidentiality guidelines. Strong English, a HS diploma, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task across screens while talking to customers.
• Proficient typing speed (30–45 WPM) and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand needs, and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff and managers as needed.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate call details.
• Follow client scripts, policies, and attendance requirements.
