MCI is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support mortgage customers nationwide. You will handle inbound calls, listen to customer needs, resolve issues, and document interactions in CRM systems. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to scripts and training while maintaining strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple screens while speaking with customers.
• Ability to type 30–45 WPM accurately.
• Fluent reading and speaking of English.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with call details and document resolutions in systems.
• Follow client processes and training to handle financial inquiries and protect confidential information.
