Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to run an independent mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis. You’ll operate under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella with uncapped commissions and full corporate support for admin, operations, and compliance.

The successful candidate will build referral partner networks, manage past-client databases for marketing, and aim to close 3–5 loans per month, leveraging a national license footprint across 28 states and growing.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Manage a client database and marketing activities to nurture leads.
• Close 3–5 mortgage units per month while growing the business under Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC.
