Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers to operate their own book of business remotely. Build referral networks with Realtors and financial professionals while leveraging corporate support and uncapped commissions.

Manage your own P&L and scale by adding licensed LO teams or operating solo. The role emphasizes entrepreneurship, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to close 3–5 units per month across licensed states.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales oriented with targets
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and past clients.
• Manage your own P&L and run your business remotely under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Work across multiple states (licensed in 28 states and growing).
• Utilize corporate administrative, operational, and compliance support.
