Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to build and lead their own referral-based practice. Run your business remotely on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions and support from Corporate for admin, operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record with Realtors, CPAs, planners, a strong referral network, and can close 3–5 loans per month. Active NMLS/MLO license and compliance knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and close loans.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Run your own LO business under the Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC umbrella.
• Develop and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Aim to close 3–5 loans per month and scale with team additions as needed.
