Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking self-driven Loan Officers to build and manage a remote practice on a P&L basis. You can operate under our umbrella with uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

The company supports administrative, operational and compliance needs, while licensing in 28 states continues to expand. The successful candidate will have an active NMLS/MLO license, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and a proven ability to close

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Sales-focused with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop referral partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Manage 3–5 loan closings per month.
• Operate remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
