Job summary

Administrative and compliance backing is provided, enabling focus on client relationships and loan closings. Successful candidates will leverage existing referral networks, maintain client databases, and close multiple loans per month.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing and follow-up.
• History of closing 3–5 loans per month or more.

Responsibilities

• Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC umbrella.
• Add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO.
• Provide remote operations, admin, and compliance support within Corporate framework.
