Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven track record developing referral relationships.
• History of closing 3–5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Build referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners.
• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Manage a client database and close loans across borrower types.
• Add additional LOs to your team or operate as an individual LO.
