Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking ambitious Loan Officers who want to run their own business under our umbrella. You can operate remotely on a P&L basis with uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

You may add extra LOs or act as an individual LO, with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate. Licensing in 28 states and growing supports national growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing 3–5 loan units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Offer loan products for all borrower types.
• Add additional LO's to your team or act as an individual LO.
• Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
