Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking self-driven Loan Officers to run their own business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. This role offers uncapped commissions and the ability to license in 28 states, with full administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Successful candidates will have an active NMLS/MLO license and proven ability to build referral relationships with realtors, CPAs, and financial planners, plus a track record

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close at least 3–5 units per month.
