• Develops and expands referral sources outside Fulton Bank to solicit first mortgages and maintain a steady origination flow.
• Collects and analyzes applicant financial information to determine loan qualification and suitability.
• Engages in customer-focused sales activities to encourage business with Fulton Mortgage Company.
• Completes loan paperwork, follows regulatory requirements, and communicates with all parties throughout the lending process.
