Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to grow our home loan business across the MD/DC/Northern VA market.

This fully commissioned role emphasizes building relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources to generate loan applications. You will collect financial information, assess qualification, explain options, and guide clients through the loan process while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• 1+ years proven ability to develop referral sources outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral sources outside Fulton Bank to solicit first mortgages and create a continual stream of origination volume.
• Collect and analyze applicant financial information to determine loan qualification and explain options and risks to the customer.
• Engage in customer-specific sales activity to encourage potential customers to do business with Fulton Mortgage Company.
