Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• Experience developing referral sources outside the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources outside Fulton Bank to solicit first mortgages and create a steady origination pipeline.
• Collects and analyzes applicants' financial information to determine loan qualification and explains options and risks to the customer.
• Engages in customer-specific sales activity to encourage business with Fulton Mortgage Company.
• Manages loan paperwork, follows regulatory requirements, and coordinates with all parties involved in the mortgage process.
