• Experience in the Fulton Mortgage Company Associate Mortgage Loan Officer Program may count toward the experience.
• Ability to develop referral sources from realtors, builders, developers and other sources.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral sources by meeting Realtors, builders and developers.
• Collects and analyzes applicant financial information to determine loan eligibility.
• Interacts with customers to explain loan options and terms.
• Ensures documentation and compliance for loan originations.
