Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Experience interfacing with customers in a scientific or medical context preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary sales contact for molecular lab accounts in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell molecular tests, FISH Oncology Probe products and devices to hospital and research labs.
• Build account plans to expand value and profitability.
• Provide first-line technical support and coordinate order processing.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
