Abbott is seeking a Molecular Account Executive to drive growth in the Molecular Diagnostic Division. You will engage healthcare facilities, hospitals, IDNs, reference labs and women’s health offices to close new business and expand existing accounts.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage long sales cycles, and develop strategic plans to win in a competitive market, while travel remains essential to cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, U.P. Michigan, and the Dakotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of sales, account management, or related business experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a polished, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple stakeholders, including C-suite, to expedite complex decisions.
