Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of capital sales and/or multi-stakeholder environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50-75% in the US.
• Proven success in strategic sales, including exceeding plans.
• Experience selling to senior-level/C-suite executives.
• Innovation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Molecular diagnostics to hospitals, IDNs, reference labs, and women’s health offices.
• Work across stakeholders (laboratory, procurement, medical directors, C-suite) to drive fast decisions.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Lead renewal processes to ensure customer retention and satisfaction for non-enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Manager to secure business in large hospital systems.
