Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Molecular Account Executive to drive growth in a national, remote field-based role. You will sell the full stack of molecular diagnostic solutions to hospitals, IDNs, reference labs, and women's health offices.

This position requires a strategic sales professional adept at closing new business and expanding existing relationships. Responsibilities include building partnerships, managing long cycles, collaborating with the Enterprise Account Manager, and driving renewals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales or account management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a professional presence.
• Ability to manage change, drive innovation, and plan effectively.
• Strong business planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience selling diagnostics or laboratory solutions is a plus.
• Capital sales experience and multi-stakeholder environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy best practices leveraging customer insights.
