Abbott is seeking a Molecular Account Executive to lead strategic sales of molecular diagnostics to healthcare facilities across the United States. The role focuses on closing new business and expanding existing accounts with capital equipment and laboratory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong business experience.
• Proven record in strategic sales and building customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the territory and revenues.
• Manage complex capital sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hospital systems and C-suite executives to secure renewals.
• Forecast, track, and report sales activities and results.
• Identify opportunities and deliver win-win solutions for customers.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Account Manager for large accounts.
