AnyProp is seeking an MLS Approvals & Client Onboarding Manager to guide customers from first contact through MLS data activation. You will coordinate licensing, approvals, and data integrations across dozens of MLSs, balancing customer needs with compliance and timelines.

In this remote role, you’ll own onboarding playbooks, track progress, and partner with engineering to provision data feeds. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in MLS operations, real estate technology, data licensing, B2B SaaS onboarding, or similarly complex client‑facing operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly when managing numerous concurrent processes and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence handling customer calls and presenting software products.
• Ability to communicate persuasively and professionally with external organizations while navigating procedural and compliance requirements.
• Technical curiosity and comfort discussing APIs, data integrations, and software platforms without necessarily being a programmer.
• Strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, project management platforms, and collaborative documentation tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead introductory discovery calls and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Understand customers' business models, geographic requirements, and intended use of MLS listing data.
• Explain AnyProp's API, data coverage, integration capabilities, and onboarding process to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Guide new customers through account setup, application preparation, technical coordination, and production readiness.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, providing proactive updates and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
