LPT Realty is seeking an Agent Services Coordinator to support onboarding and activation of real estate agents. You will manage administrative workflows, verify licensing, and coordinate MLS and board registrations to ensure accurate activations.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, and strong communication to manage multiple onboarding files and collaborate across departments for a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, onboarding, or coordination experience.
• Experience in customer service or support-based role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process onboarding intake forms and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Review submitted paperwork for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Coordinate agent onboarding workflow from intake through system activation.
• Ensure onboarding timelines and service level agreements are met.
• Verify agent licenses through state regulatory databases.
• Process license transfers and updates as required.
• Ensure license status meets brokerage and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate MLS registrations and local board applications.
• Prepare brokerage onboarding packets and agreements.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met prior to activation.
• Maintain compliance checklists and documentation standards.
• Escalate discrepancies or issues to leadership when needed.
• Activate agents in brokerage systems once requirements are complete.
• Coordinate handoff to support or success teams post-activation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to onboarding status.
• Respond to tickets and internal requests in a timely manner.
• Provide onboarding status updates to agents and internal teams.
• Assist with general administrative tasks within Agent Services.
