Job summary

Brivity, part of the PLACE family, seeks an Implementation Project Manager to own the client experience from onboarding to go-live. You will lead cross-functional teams across Launch Tech, MLS, Import, and Design, ensuring timely communication and a flawless launch.

You will manage KPIs, supervise the Launch Technician, coordinate data imports, and handle compliance. The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving, and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and client onboarding in SaaS or real estate technology environments.
• Strong communication, proactive updates, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from kickoff to go-live with proactive client communication
• Meet onboarding KPIs including 14–21 day launch timeline and high CSAT
• Direct the Launch Technician's workload and QA for on-time delivery
• Coordinate data import, MLS approvals, and design requests with cross-functional teams
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement solutions to reduce churn
