Job summary

Fetch is seeking an organized Onboarding Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily real estate partners, leading from handoff to post-launch. You’ll coordinate integrations with Yardi/RealPage/Entrata and train onsite teams to drive adoption and value.

The role emphasizes enterprise rollout experience, strong project management, and collaboration across Sales, Client Success, and Product. A remote-friendly, full-time position with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
• Led enterprise or multi-location rollouts from handoff to adoption, including playbooks and SOPs.
• Experience coordinating software integrations or data migrations with clients and technical teams.
• Strong organization; ability to manage dozens of rollouts with data-driven problem solving.
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new properties and 90-day rollout, from sales handoff to post-launch.
• Build implementation plans, milestones, and kickoff meetings with leaders and onsite staff.
• Coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations with PM systems.
• Lead virtual and onsite training for Regional Managers, Property Managers, Leasing & Maintenance teams.
• Track SLA, CSAT, adoption, and escalation readiness; align internal teams around value delivery.
