• Advanced written and verbal communication skills capable of explaining complex concepts to MLS partners, engineers, and customers.
• Analytical mindset; ability to build reports, analyze metrics, costs, and trends to drive decisions.
• Strong reasoning to solve complex problems with limited standardization and interpret MLS rules and contract language.
• Proficient with tools and platforms like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, and middleware systems.
• Expert knowledge of MLS operations, data licensing, IDX policy, and real estate tech products; track record of resolving MLS data/compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MLS data access and approvals, including IDX and back-office feed agreements and activations.
• Handle escalations related to customer service and MLS compliance.
• Interpret MLS rules, display requirements, and licensing; translate into product requirements for compliance.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation, reducing turnaround time and manual effort.
• Build and maintain relationships with MLS staff, data vendors, and platforms; represent Elm Street in MLS conversations.
• Lead and develop the MLS Approvals team with clear goals aligned to company priorities.
