Job summary

Elm Street Technology, LLC is seeking an MLS Approvals Manager to lead the MLS Approvals team and be the subject-matter expert on MLS data powering Elm Street products.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will manage a small team of Coordinators and Contractors and partner with Data and Engineering on MLS launches, data issues, and initiatives to scale and automate the approval process.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical and policy concepts to MLS partners, engineers, and customers.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and track metrics, costs, and trends to drive decisions.
• Experience interpreting MLS rules, data licensing, and contract language; translating them into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MLS data access process, including IDX and feed agreements, credentials, and activation across vendor platforms.
• Respond to escalated customer service and MLS compliance issues.
• Interpret MLS rules and licensing, translate to product requirements, ensure compliance across Elm Street’s products and contracts.
• Identify and drive process automation to reduce turnaround time and manual effort; integrate with Zendesk, Jira, and internal middleware.
• Build and maintain relationships with MLS staff, data vendors and platforms; represent Elm Street in MLS discussions.
• Lead and develop the MLS Approvals team with clear goals aligned to company priorities.
