Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales for the MitraClip division across the United States in a field-based, remote-capable role. You will identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with clinical consultants to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have extensive cardiovascular sales experience and strong clinical orientation, with preferred exposure to Structural Heart or Heart Failure devices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 5+ years’ of which include Structural Heart or Heart Failure implantable device sales experience.
• Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination for COVID-19; accommodations may be discussed with HR.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining factors (product, competition, pricing) to promote the company’s products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Creates action plans by analyzing quarterly/monthly sales figures and reports and coordinating with regional manager.
