Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager to support the MitraClip division in the United States, driving territory sales to meet annual objectives and expanding patient access to life-saving therapies.

You will collaborate with regional directors and hospital staff, identify opportunities, and deliver education on device usage and clinical benefits to physicians and care teams, while negotiating contracts and building relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cardiovascular work experience, including 5+ years in Structural Heart or Heart Failure device sales.
• Must meet vendor credentialing requirements, including possible COVID-19 vaccination.
• Strong sales and clinical orientation with ability to interact with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct sales calls to meet revenue and unit growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for hospitals and physicians.
• Identify key accounts and purchasing decision makers to drive adoption.
• Coordinate with clinical consultants and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales data to inform strategy.
