Job summary

Cyera is seeking a high-performing Commercial Account Executive for the Ohio Valley to drive full-cycle mid-market SaaS sales of cloud data security and risk management solutions. You will prospect, map customer needs, and close complex deals with support from a Sales Engineer.

The role requires understanding customer business challenges, delivering compelling business value, and maintaining executive relationships with CISOs and CIOs. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling mid-market SaaS solutions in cloud/security/data space.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building; ability to engage at executive level.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data security.
• Familiar with qualification frameworks and sales forecasting/CRM tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and the value to customers.
• Create clear goals and forecast via a detailed territory plan.
• Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Create and deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value onsite with customers.
• Demonstrate ability to engage CISO, CDO, CPO, and CIO level executives with POV insights; build executive relationships.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliance and channel partners.
• Attend marketing events, conferences, and industry networking events.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to align strategy.
