Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Ohio Valley to drive enterprise cloud data security initiatives. You will partner with prospects and clients to architect information availability solutions, deliver PoVs, and guide executives through technical demonstrations.

The role requires strong cloud security knowledge, client-facing presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory. Remote work option is available with reimbursed setup.

Qualifications

• Previous Cloud, TDR, CASB, DLP or data security experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical sales role.
• Strong knowledge in one of the three major cloud provider environments (AWS/Azure) for roles/permissions/API.
• Fundamental network & database experience.
• Understanding of data storage types, encryption techniques, key management, cloud IAM, and network design/engineering.
• Understanding of ML/AI, Data Regulatory Frameworks, Privacy and Data Retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue through large, complex sales opportunities.
• Identify client business issues and architect information availability solutions using Cyera’s products.
• Deliver, manage, and run PoV’s and Use Case Demos on customer sites.
• Consult with executive stakeholders and drive sales via technical demonstrations.
• Coordinate internal resources via cross-functional communication to support sales.
