Hubexo is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business in North America from a remote location. You will prospect, demo, and progress opportunities across a growing construction tech market, using a modern sales stack and coaching to hit revenue targets.

The role emphasizes disciplined prospecting, high-quality discovery, credible demos and strong deal execution, with OTE of $120,000 and travel to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data or insights is a plus.
• Clear communication via phone, video and email.
• Proficient in running demos and handling questions from prospects.
• Disciplined with a strong pipeline and objective-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Run regular product demos (10+ per week) and manage outbound activity.
• Generate new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline.
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for customers.
• Close deals and strive to exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
