Hubexo North America is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth in the construction technology market. This remote role covers eligible US states and offers OTE $120,000 with accelerators and travel for events.

You will prospect, demo, qualify opportunities and close deals, leveraging a modern sales stack, with coaching and clear performance expectations to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS or construction technology is a plus.
• Strong communication via phone, video and email.
• Ability to run demos and manage a busy pipeline.
• Tenacious in prospecting and consistent in follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use our sales tech stack for cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up.
• Run regular product demos (10+ per week).
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure results with manager to improve performance.
• Close deals and exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings when required.
