Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in NA. You will prospect, demo and advance opportunities within a territory, using a modern sales stack to build a robust pipeline and close deals.

The role is remote for US-based candidates in eligible states with travel to events and meetings as needed. You’ll earn an OTE of $120,000 and join a growing construction tech team, with coaching and clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE model helpful.
• Clear and confident communication by phone, video and email.
• Comfortable running demos and handling questions from prospects.
• Disciplined, motivated and able to manage a busy pipeline.
• Tenacious in prospecting and consistent in follow-up.
• Strong negotiation skills to move opportunities with pace and control.
• Curious, commercially aware and able to solve customer problems.
• Empathetic with a positive attitude and trust-building ability.
• Desire to grow within a sales organization into more senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Use sales tech stack for cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Generate new opportunities through outbound activity.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up regularly.
• Run product demos (10+ per week).
• Qualify opportunities and move deals through stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Measure results with manager to improve activity and conversions.
• Apply best practices in prospecting, discovery, demo and closing.
• Close deals consistently and exceed quota.
• Attend industry events and company meetings as required.
