Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth across the construction technology market in North America from a remote US base. This quota-carrying role focuses on prospecting, demos, pipeline building and closing deals.

You will use a modern sales stack, receive coaching, and have a clear path to more senior sales roles as you hit targets. OTE is $120,000 with accelerators.

Formación

• You have 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE sales model would be helpful.
• You communicate clearly and confidently by phone, video and email.
• You are disciplined, motivated and able to manage a busy pipeline.
• You are curious, commercially aware and able to solve problems with customers.
• You want to grow within a sales organization and are motivated by a clear path into more senior sales roles through sustained success.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle across your territory and build pipeline.
• Identify high-value prospects and create opportunities through outbound activity.
• Run regular demos and move deals through the sales process.
• Prospect consistently via cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led solutions.
• Attend industry events and company meetings when required.
