Aikido in Austin, TX seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to own larger, complex deals with scaling tech companies. You will combine product-led growth with consultative sales, engaging technical buyers and multiple stakeholders to define how we win in mid-market.

You will drive the full sales cycle, prospect into growth accounts, convert product usage into multi-seat deals, run discovery and value-based demos, and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives while

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of closing experience in Commercial or Mid-Market roles.
• Proven ability to sell to scaling tech companies and technical buyers.
• Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills.
• Get stuff done mentality with ownership mindset.
• Experience mapping product-led usage to multi-seat, multi-team deals.
• Comfort with running structured discovery and value-based demos.
