Job summary

Aikido is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive in Atlanta to own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, prospect into scaling tech companies, and convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals.

You will run structured discovery and value-based demos, partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of closing experience in Commercial / Mid-Market.
• Proven success running multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong outbound, inbound, and deal management skills.
• Deep comfort selling technical SaaS (DevOps / dev tools a big plus).
• Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable.
• "Get stuff done" mentality with strong ownership mindset.
