You will prospect into scaling tech firms, convert product-led usage into multi-seat deals, and run value-based demos for technical buyers.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of closing experience in mid-market deals.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to sell technical SaaS to DevOps and technical buyers.
• Self-directed with strong ownership.
• Spanish-speaking bonus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts.
• Prospect into scaling tech companies and technical buying groups.
• Convert product-led usage into multi-seat, multi-team deals.
• Run structured discovery and value-based demos.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership on GTM initiatives.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
