Job summary

Cyera, a leading provider of cloud data security, is seeking a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales with prospects and clients. You will map Cyera’s security solutions to business needs, engage with executives, and close complex deals across the US territory while collaborating with Sales Engineers to articulate value.

The role requires 5+ years in mid-market SaaS, strong value-based selling, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling mid-market SaaS in cloud/security/data space.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling with focus on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and data risk.
• Familiar with data security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience executing a formal sales process and forecasting.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup.
• This is a US-based position; willing to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate intimate understanding of Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and value to our customers
• Create detailed territory plan with goals and forecast
• Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close
• Deliver custom meetings, PoVs, and business value onsite with customers
• Position and advise CISO, CIO-level executives with business insights; build executive relationships
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliance and channel partners; attend events
• Understand Cyera’s ethos and market presence
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery and Exec teams
