Employ is a remote-friendly, fast-moving team transforming how hiring happens. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, build pipelines with outbound prospecting, and drive revenue growth across Mid-Market accounts.

You’ll collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to create momentum and deliver a winning buying experience. You’ll thrive in a high-activity, quota-driven environment, with a track record of exceeding targets and a passion for selling a HR

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and close Mid-Market or Commercial deals.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling capabilities.
• Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving self-sourced revenue.
• Experience in a high-activity, metrics-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Mid-Market accounts.
• Build and manage your pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account penetration.
• Create targeted account lists and develop territory plans that generate consistent pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outbound activity as a primary driver of new opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers and executives through proactive outreach.
• Run strategic discovery conversations with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Executives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and business value presentations.
