Employ is a remote-first software company transforming hiring with Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR. We seek a Mid-Market Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle, build pipelines through outbound efforts, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue and provide an exceptional buyer experience.

You will engage HR, Talent Acquisition, and executives, lead strategic discovery conversations, and deliver compelling demos to close Mid‑Market deals.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close Mid‑Market or Commercial deals.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and reaching decision‑makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Mid‑Market accounts.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Create targeted account lists and territory plans to generate consistent pipeline.
• Execute high-volume outbound activity including cold calling to generate new opportunities.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to advance deals and demonstrate value.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and quantify business impact for HR and TA.
