Job summary

Pushpay is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to generate leads, build an account portfolio, and close deals in the Florida region to meet quarterly quotas. This role focuses on selling SaaS solutions to churches and related organizations, leveraging CRM to manage the pipeline.

You will collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Implementation teams, guiding deals from discovery to contract, and ensuring delivery meets customer expectations while upholding our company values.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience selling in the technology field, preferably SaaS solutions.
• Deep understanding of sector culture, leaders, organizations, and structures.
• Understand and manage a complex sales cycle from researching a prospect to contracting and closing.
• Understanding of managing prospects through a CRM.
• Strong computer skills: Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, creative, flexible.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close.
• Generate list of prospective churches through research, cold-calling, internet and professional network.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with SDRs, AE, Sales Managers, Marketing, and partner affiliates.
• Plan, direct and coordinate sales support activities, including pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Ensure all targeted prospect/client contacts and engagement opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.
• Involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
• Share industry and deal best practices with the sales team.
• Collaborate with Partner Success and Implementation to ensure delivery meets expectations.
